Trauma Reconfiguration is awareness of how trauma is stored, understood, and responded to in the body and mind.
This can be done in session by:
Creating new neural associations
Shifting internal narratives
Shift stored energy in the body
New Communication memory
It’s not just about healing past wounds—it’s about reorganizing the internal patterns (neural, emotional, relational, and somatic) that were formed in response to trauma so they no longer unconsciously govern behavior, relationships, or self-worth.
